Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SCCM Consultant with strong server-side expertise to work on a project for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and supporting SCCM infrastructure at the server level, including installation, configuration, optimization, patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting.

  • Manage and support SCCM infrastructure at the server level (installation, configuration, optimization).
  • Handle server-side patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated SCCM issues with a focus on server environments.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Infrastructure Management: Manage and support SCCM infrastructure at the server level, ensuring seamless installation, configuration, and optimization.
  2. Patching and Compliance: Handle server-side patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting to ensure maximum uptime and security.
  3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated SCCM issues with a focus on server environments, providing timely and effective solutions.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure management.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proven hands-on experience in SCCM server administration at enterprise scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and integration with SCCM.
  • Expertise in patching, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently at L3 level.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with international teams.
