The Engineering Executive plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the engineering department's systems.

• Lead, plan, and organize maintenance tasks to ensure exceptional results.
• Rapidly address emergent situations and solve equipment problems efficiently.
• Ensure all staff receive technical training, supervision, and assessment to meet hotel standards.
• Manage and minimize wastage, optimize resource utilization, and maintain an environmentally friendly approach.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Technical Secondary education or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical appliances, air-conditioners, boilers, machines, and pipelines.
• Effective communication with superiors and staff.
• A team player who is honest, diligent, and free from unhealthy addictions.
• Good physical health with no serious diseases or defects affecting job performance.
• Fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with locals.
