The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of social media platforms, web proficiency, and computer software skills. You will also be responsible for coordinating social media messaging with advertising departments and quarterly or seasonal company goals.

A key aspect of this role is managing social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction. Additionally, you will analyze social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns, to ensure optimal performance.

You will also work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages. Furthermore, you will monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

To excel in this position, you should possess a degree in Marketing or Social Media, as well as experience in team management, advertising, copywriting, content creation, public relations, and brand marketing. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proofreading and editing skills, and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the digital presence of our luxury brands and driving business growth through effective social media strategies.
