- Manage accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.
- Advises team members regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in finance/accounts with 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Strong financial and accounting background with a passion for helping teams achieve their goals.
- Commerce Graduate, preferably qualified or semi-qualified CA/CMA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Immediate joiner, qualified/semi-qualified CA/CMA.
- Experience in IT/service sector.
- Knowledge in US & Indian taxes.
