Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure system settings and options, plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between client end-users, programmers, and test analysts to ensure optimal operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience or Degree in lieu of degree.
  • Professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically Minimum 9 Years Relevant Experience.
  • Scripting knowledge, bankcard industry knowledge, understanding data structures, and professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs.
  • Working towards a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
