Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director for our VCM plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commissioning, pre-commissioning, and startup activities to ensure all systems and processes are functioning optimally before full-scale operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competence, production planning skills, and knowledge of process parameters and efficiencies. They will be able to troubleshoot problems, analyze failures, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.

In addition, the Operations Director will be responsible for coordinating activities with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and implementing digitalization technologies. A strong team building and decision-making ability is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in PVC and VCM plant operations
  • Post Graduation in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commissioning, pre-commissioning, and startup activities for new plants
  • Manage and oversee multidisciplinary teams involved in the plant setup
  • Drive the implementation of digitalization technologies
  • Analyze performance guarantee trials to meet expected performance targets
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits and incentives based on performance.
