  3. Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.

  5. Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.
  • Must have experience in the design and implementation of the modules below:
    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
    • Order and Quote management
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration (REST, SOAP, Other methods) Integration Hub and Ebonding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
