Crane Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Crane Design Engineer with extensive experience to contribute to our engineering team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative crane systems, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop crane systems and components according to project specifications, taking into account structural integrity and manufacturability.
  • Conduct thorough structural analysis to ensure designs meet industry safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate crane designs into larger systems, leveraging expertise from various disciplines.
  • Perform feasibility studies and provide technical support during the manufacturing process, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation and reports for stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • At least 10 years of experience in crane design or similar engineering roles, demonstrating expertise in CAD software, finite element analysis, and computational fluid dynamics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of engineering data management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex design issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
