Associate Director Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead a team of consultants in developing and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in customer service/technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of various cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive milestones to realization.
  • Provide strategic communication to key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scalability.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field and 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots.
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (voice).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within all organizational levels to build collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
