Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to customer queries via various channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and a proven ability to contribute significantly to the business.

You will work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns and assist in developing customer service policies and standards.

In addition, you will maintain and update records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  2. Provide timely, professional, and empathetic responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  4. Support the development of customer service policies and standards.
  5. Work with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with service protocols.
  6. Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information and materials.
  8. Maintain and update records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  2. 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; experience in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries preferred.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to contribute significantly to the business.
  6. Team player with a solution-oriented approach and attitude.
