Medical Center Paramedic

IndiGo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Center Paramedic to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight medical checks, maintaining accurate documentation and records as per DGCA and company regulations.
2. Administer pre-duty breath alcohol tests for ground staff, ensuring compliance with DGCA and company rules.
3. Maintain the upkeep of the Medical Center, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
4. Assist in replenishing and certifying medical supplies, including First Aid Kits, Medical Kits, and Universal Precaution Kits.
5. Provide medical treatment and respond to emergencies as a paramedic.
6. Assist in dealing with casualties of accidents or medical incidents within the airport area, administering first aid as needed.
7. Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
8. Participate in DGCA and internal audits, submitting to investigations as required.
9. Respond to airport accident drills and calls, working in shifts as per company requirements.
10. Be willing to travel outside the assigned base for audits, checks, and temporary functions.
11. Maintain administrative requirements of the medical room, including stocktaking and initiating purchase processes as needed.
12. Assist medical officers in the functioning and tasks of the medical section.
13. Maintain stock at the medical room as per DGCA requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Registered and certified BSc Nursing, GNM, or EMT candidates.
2. Freshers are eligible, provided they have their degree registration.
3. Last year appearing candidates are not eligible.
