Senior Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop innovative capabilities that strengthen customer relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and position the organization as a leader in supply chain innovation.

The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to define, design, and deliver digital products. This involves working with various teams to transform approved innovation ideas into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the lifecycle of assigned digital products from ideation to production and continuous improvement.
  • Lead development of tools and processes that accelerate innovation, including proof-of-concept methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Marketing to drive innovation initiatives.
  • Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify efficiency opportunities and address legacy system challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and technology trends, translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop business cases for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and ROI expectations.
  • Partner with Sales on strategic customer pursuits by providing innovation insights and trend analysis.
  • Contribute thought leadership through publications, presentations, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of operations and supply chain management processes and models.
  • Proven ability to lead products from concept to steady-state adoption.
  • Strong external perspective on industry shifts and emerging technologies.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (XLS) and Visio for modeling and business case creation.
  • Expertise in scope management and roadmap development.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem-solver who can innovate within limited resources.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment.
