**Job Title:** Executive Housekeeper

Role Overview:

The Executive Housekeeper is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and train housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues, develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Additionally, the Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and training a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to identify any cleaning or maintenance issues and taking corrective action.
  • Developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in supervising and developing staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
