Manual Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tester to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria and create test cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable test scripts to ensure efficient testing.
- Execute manual testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Review Test Plans with stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
- Provide estimates on Test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues and participate in all releases.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in the development of automated test scripts using Selenium and a successful track record for QA involvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Practical knowledge and experience with both AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies are required.
- Familiarity with JIRA for bug tracking and defect management is essential.
- Minimum 1 year experience in software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and document software defects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
