Responsibilities:

Design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain documentation of storage configurations, processes, and proceduresCollaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applicationsProvide technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issuesManage ticket queue and provide storage services to address customer needsReview performance health of servers, storage arrays, and SAN switchesParticipate in Storage array and SAN switch PLM activitiesAnalyze and remediate security vulnerabilitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a large complex computing environment
  • 1 year of experience with Brocade DCX SAN Directors and toolsets
  • 1 year of experience managing one of the following storage technologies: HPE Storage, Infinidat storage, and Pure storage
  • Experience with managing a Fiber channel and iSCSI SAN
  • Solid knowledge of storage operational activities, zoning, masking, and mapping
  • Good knowledge of VMware, Windows, and Unix
  • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
