Senior Back-End Engineer - Cloud-Native Services

At our organization, we're embarking on a mission to scale our infrastructure and data services using cutting-edge technologies. We seek a seasoned back-end engineer with expertise in Go and Python to join our team.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth and collaboration as you work closely with product development, engineering, and clinical operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain well-documented APIs that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years of experience working on product-based projects with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Hands-on expertise in Go and Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, and proficiency in API development and testing (REST or GraphQL).
  • A Master's Degree or 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with React.js or frontend collaboration.
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native environment.
  • A mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced startup setting.
