Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM data administration or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales data management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
