Job Title: Visual Designer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with different departments to create training videos.
  • Evaluate design solutions against our brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI UX Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • At least two years of proven work experience as a UI UX Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
