  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with solar project management.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software tools for PV design and simulation.
