ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to lead our team's efforts in implementing and managing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.">
• Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.">

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. ">
2. Designing and implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) solutions with expertise.">
3. Applying knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, and industrial control systems.">
4. Developing skills in configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.">
5. Creating ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.">
6. Documenting development, configuration, and technical details, and preparing training material for project stakeholders.">
7. Collaborating with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.">

Candidates with prior experience implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow, as well as basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, Power/Shell scripting, database level architecture, and SQL queries, will be given preference.
