As part of our growing outreach and admissions team, we are looking for a driven and experienced Admission Counselor to help us connect with prospective students and guide them toward a successful academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through multiple sources such as school database collection, outreach visits, seminars, and workshops.
• Make outbound calls including cold calls, follow-ups on outreach event data, and school leads.
• Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding college programs, admission process, and career paths.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions by building trust and providing accurate information.
• Consistently achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Handle and mentor a team of tele callers to ensure productivity and lead follow-up efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to support campaigns and school connect initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We require the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 1 - 3 years of experience in admissions counseling or education sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Team leadership experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving admission targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer tools (MS Office).
