Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing responsive user interfaces for internal and external banking platforms, mobile apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating actively in the development lifecycle from definition to release and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design challenges into actionable tasks and delivering solutions with clarity and precision.
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends, standards, and best practices in mobile design.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Prior experience in designing web and mobile applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of human-centered design principles and guidelines for Apple, Android, and other mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Demonstrable design skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities.
