School Principal Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to take on the role of School Principal in our innovative educational institution. As the principal, you will be responsible for driving school development and operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and fostering a culture of engagement among staff, parents, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the school and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive growth and improvement.
  • Ensure effective management of facilities, curriculum development, staffing, retention, training, fee management, policies, procedures, brand management, marketing, vendor management, admissions, supplies, materials, statutory compliance, affiliation, budgeting, sustainability, and finance.
  • Foster a positive work environment, enable staff career development, and promote a culture of excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Masters/Doctorate degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • B.Ed./M.Ed. from a recognized University/Institute.
  • At least 5+ years' experience working as a Founder Principal (CBSE).
  • Significant contributions in previous leadership roles, preferably as a founding team member.
  • Experience in implementing experiential learning methodology.
  • Proven experience in setting up systems and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Effective leadership and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective Counselling Skills.
  • Training in Special Education is highly desired.
  • Computer/technology proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in setting up schools offering CBSE Curriculum.
