We are looking for a seasoned executive to fill a challenging leadership role at our company.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with an MBA.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
  • Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
