Oracle HFM Technical Lead Job

Penta Consulting provides technology resources to leading OEMs in the EMEA region. We are seeking a technical expert specializing in Oracle HFM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams in global support environments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Manage financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, ensuring seamless integration across various systems.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

We require the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including 4+ years in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Deep expertise in HFM administration, system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record in metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques, demonstrating a strong understanding of data flow and analysis.
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is desirable, but not essential.

We also require excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
