We are seeking an accomplished User Experience Designer to drive the development of our digital products. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping user-centered designs that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that bring design concepts to life, facilitating iterative testing and refinement.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed personas, user journeys, and experience maps to guide design decisions and align stakeholders on user goals and pain points.
  3. Evaluate how your designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices, providing an inclusive experience for all users, regardless of their level of expertise.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment on project goals and user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record (10+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across digital products.
