Job Description

As a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist I, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences by identifying and documenting client needs and issues, answering incoming inquiries via email, effectively applying problem-solving techniques, educating clients, and following issues through to their successful resolution.

  • Deliver top-notch client support by identifying and addressing client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement procedures to drive client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Provide consistent, professional, and high-quality client support to our client base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer software application issues.
  • Experience within the healthcare industry and/or EMR experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS.
  • Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Zen and Jira.
  • Google suite experience, preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time.
