Drive business growth by leading cost optimization initiatives and ensuring financial viability of key investments. This role is crucial for developing and implementing the annual business plan, analyzing and optimizing costs, and providing timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and finalize the detailed business vertical-wise annual budget, collaborating with various stakeholders and analyzing their inputs.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets across all cost elements in the end-to-end manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Evaluate Capex investment proposals based on budget adherence, payback period, net present value, and other relevant factors, monitoring and reporting variances in actual performance.
  • Assess the financial viability of new business proposals, considering factors such as payback, Net Present Value, and scenario analysis.
  • Mitigate financial risks by establishing robust internal controls, preparing SOPs, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Exercise control over inventory levels through periodic physical verification, KPI tracking, and optimal stock management practices.
  • Ensure timely completion of cost audits and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support critical decision-making within the organization.
Required Skills
  • CMA Final qualification.
  • Strong experience in budgeting and annual business planning.
  • Ability to drive cost optimization and ensure budgetary adherence.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, management accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Capex evaluation and monitoring.
  • Experience in assessing financial viability of new business proposals.
  • Knowledge of financial risk mitigation, internal controls, and SOP development.
  • Understanding of inventory management and control.
  • Ability to provide ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decisions.
