Junior Architect Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for preparing option sheets with area and layout details based on client inquiries, conducting preliminary site inspections independently, creating municipal, working, and interior drawings, performing CAD conversions, and handling site tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed plans and designs for various architectural projects, including office spaces and other commercial properties.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
  • Create and edit drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, communicating effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Office Space design and development is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CAD software is essential.
