Job Title: Technical Expert

Boldly transform businesses with cutting-edge solutions by leading the design, development, and implementation of custom Dynamics NAV/Business Central projects.

About the Role:
  1. Solution Development and Design
  2. Analyze business requirements to craft innovative technical solutions within Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
  3. Customize, extend, and integrate Dynamics NAV/Business Central using AL, C/AL, and extensions.
  4. Develop and maintain integrations with other business applications using APIs and middleware.
  5. Implementation and Support
  6. Oversee end-to-end implementation of Dynamics NAV/Business Central projects.
  7. Provide expert technical support for system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  8. Optimize system performance and ensure seamless upgrades/migrations.
  9. Project Leadership
  10. Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  11. Mentor junior developers and consultants.
  12. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central development and technical consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics NAV/Business Central architecture and customization.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code, DevOps, and Git.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
