Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support branch growth and profitability.

  • Day-to-day operations in the location
  • Resource management of hub for driver, gunmen & custodian
  • Route planning, duty assigning and audit planning
  • Planning and performing operations as per tasks assigned by managers in line with client requirements
  • Ensuring timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as indented
  • Planning, administering, monitoring and performing operations in line with agreed SLA
  • Carrying out surprise audits to ensure adherence of laid down processes by the team
  • Assisting ATM Executive to collect, collate, record and report day-to-day operations in prescribed layouts to managers, corporate and clients
  • Ensuring hassle-free operations by administering requirements to be available at time of operations
  • Roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time
  • Maintaining hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs
  • Adhering all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations
  • Timely dispatching of route from Branch/ Vault Office
  • Following up with Vault officer / Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment
  • Briefing team on assigned tasks to perform, SOPs of operations
About This Role

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
