Cloud Infrastructure Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Server Administrator to lead the management of our hybrid cloud infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing both on-premises and cloud-based environments, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize server environments across on-prem and Azure platforms.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines and related services.
  • Design and implement virtual desktop environments, including host pools, session hosts, and scaling plans.
  • Manage user access and performance monitoring for cloud PCs.
  • Administer hypervisors and provision virtual machines.
  • Automate tasks using scripting tools.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Collaborate with teams to enforce policies and respond to vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in server administration with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven experience managing on-prem and cloud-based virtual machines.
  • Hands-on experience with virtual desktop and cloud PC administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server OS.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with networking, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
