The Engineering Executive plays a pivotal role in the maintenance of the organization's systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform regular inspections and assist in maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and organize routine maintenance work to meet hotel standards.
  • Deal with emergent situations, solve equipment problems, and maintain high-quality service.
  • Serve as a technical trainer, supervisor, and assessor for staff members.
  • E nsure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and guiding principles.
  • Effectively manage wastage, utilize energy and materials efficiently, and promote environmental sustainability.
  • Provide proactive leadership, set examples, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Organize staff for maintenance tasks, ensuring quality meets hotel standards.
  • Report irregularities or situations to superiors.
  • Collaborate with managers to enhance employee management and maintenance planning, motivate staff, and boost team spirit.
  • Maintain hotel systems and equipment, supervise arrangements, and ensure high standards.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, energy conservation, and cost control programs.
  • Record relevant hotel systems and equipment effectively.
  • Manage equipment, tools, and materials properly.
  • Enhance effective communication with supervisors, staff, and local authorities.
  • Closely monitor and supervise contractors and construction activities.
  • Complete assigned tasks by superiors
