Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning, gardening, and performing routine repairs. They will also be responsible for supervising contractors and managing bookings for our buildings and rooms.

Key Tasks:
  • Cleaning and maintaining the building and its surroundings, including gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • Performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Inspecting the building and its systems to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Managing bookings and supervising contractors for major repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required.
  • Ensuring the building is secure and locked when not in operation.
  • Adhering to company safety policies to create a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
