We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our growing IT team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.

Your Role:

  • ">
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle.">
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.">
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.">
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.">
  • Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.">
  • Document IT processes (change management, incident response, disaster recovery) in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.">
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.">
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).">
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.">
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains.">
  • Stable employees with long term association with company preferred.">
