Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered legal agents to support contract drafting, compliance reviews, and due diligence.
  • Develop automated workflows and processes for legal and finance functions.
  • Explore, test, and integrate AI tools that can be applied in law, compliance, and startup finance.
  • Work with lawyers, CAs, and compliance professionals to identify use cases and create solutions.
  • Train and enable internal teams to adopt AI tools in their daily work.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends in the legal-tech and fintech ecosystem and bring practical innovations into our organization.

Requirements:

  • LLB or equivalent legal qualification (law firm/startup ecosystem experience a plus).
  • Tech-curious – comfortable experimenting with AI tools, breaking them, and figuring out fixes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset – not limited to 'how it's always been done.'
  • Excited about the possibilities of legal-tech and automation.
  • Comfortable bridging law/finance knowledge with practical AI applications.
