Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of BPM services in finance and accounting, procurement, customer interaction services, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end financial processes, including preparation of monthly adjustment journals and uploading final trial balance in HFM
  • Produce high-quality reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and analytical review of ledger accounts
  • Oversee settlement and processing of inter-company balances and charges for respective business entities
  • Maintain strong domain knowledge on general ledger reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to operational requests from management and be willing to work in all shifts, including nights
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-6 years of work experience in GL M-end process, inter-company accounting, and reporting. Prior experience in the service BPO industry and knowledge of complete trial balance are highly desirable.

A graduate degree in commerce or postgraduate qualification is preferred. You should possess good communication skills, working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, you should have domain expertise in accounting and reporting, as well as analytical ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in different shifts.
