AI Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale AI solutions.

This individual will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by integrating AI with existing technology stacks and developing scalable AI systems that meet performance requirements.

  • Evaluate and integrate LLM APIs from leading providers, establishing best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and AI system optimization.
  • Develop custom training pipelines, fine-tune open-source models, and optimize model performance for production environments.
  • Deploy and manage AI models at enterprise scale using containerization and orchestration, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into technical requirements, providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale ML solutions.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LLM APIs, hands-on experience fine-tuning transformer models, and strong proficiency in FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services, as well as MLOps tools and practices.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
  • Knowledge of distributed training and model parallelization techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI practices.
