We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a NOC Engineer - Messaging Solutions.

As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients. You will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols, and minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis. Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage. Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures is also required.

The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to work flexible hours, good written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management skills, and ability to work well under pressure. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English are also essential.
