As a key member of our IT Management Team, you will be responsible for managing a group of intermediate level IT employees and participating in the development of the company's IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for financial management, including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
  • People Management: You will be responsible for people management, including work plan development, performance management, and people development.
  • Team Building and Development: You will be responsible for team building and development, including organization structure, recruiting, global team management, and Six Sigma training.
  • IT Controls Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures, including IT Security.

Requirements:

  • Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.
  • Broad business knowledge required.
  • Significant Oracle EBS implementation experience.
  • Oracle Supply Chain experience in at least 2 or more modules: INV, OM, WIP, BOM, or Pricing.
  • 3+ years of people management experience within an IT team.
  • Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS or another ERP system.
