Job Opportunity: SSIS, SSRS Support Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of SSIS, SSRS Support Lead. This position involves providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Operations team, driving strategic direction and process improvement.
  • Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations.
  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years' database and application development and support experience.
  • Proven SQL language experience with highly performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
