Job Title: Business Development Manager

This role is focused on US IT Recruitment and requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in this field.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to build and maintain good relationships.
  • Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis.
  • Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to match suitable candidates with roles.
  • Work with internal researchers to match candidates to profiles and create shortlists.
  • Present candidate shortlists to clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3+ years of experience as a BDM in US IT Recruitment.
  • A self-starter with a desire for success who can spot new opportunities.
  • Proven record in business development.
  • Driven individual motivated by sales results.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
  • Well-organized and presentable.
