About the Role:

As a seasoned technologist, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Leader to spearhead our team. This leadership position involves managing teams of 3 to 15 people and delivering architectural ownership.

  • Manage teams of 3 to 15, ensuring seamless delivery and architecture ownership
  • Lead end-to-end project teams with expertise
  • Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews is required
  • Agile delivery experience is mandatory

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in Java/Node + React + Cloud (AWS/Azure), Microservices, Agile methodologies
  • Experience in the banking domain is highly desirable
