We're a dynamic organization seeking an accomplished Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimal performance

Develop innovative prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance

Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments

Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization

Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) and proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques

Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar

Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

Type: Full-Time Internship (40 hours/week)

Location: Remote

PPO: A full-time offer will be rolled out after 3 months based on performance
