About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Procurement Expert to support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent analytical skills and knowledge of ERP systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status of material, on-time completion of open purchase order reports and shortage reports for review, and execution of core procurement processes efficiently and accurately for assigned products.

The role also involves selecting suppliers for placing new orders in accordance with approved purchasing strategies, managing supplier databases, identifying, recommending, and implementing operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes, and preparing customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or engineering graduates, 5-8 years of procurement/supply chain experience preferred, mandatory knowledge of computers software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF), excellent analytical skills, and experience in order processing, supply chain management, order management, and procurement end-to-end preferred.
