Key Responsibilities

We seek a Data Analyst to support our organization's data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, possessing a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Core Accountabilities
  • Data collection and analysis from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Dashboards and reports creation and maintenance to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-functional team collaboration to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Data model development and algorithm implementation to support decision-making processes.
  • Statistical analysis and result interpretation to provide recommendations for business improvement.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
