Senior Financial Specialist

As a skilled Financial Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and preparing financial statements. Your expertise in accounting principles and procedures will ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries in QuickBooks.
- Manage vendor invoices and schedule payments.
- Review payroll reports and prepare journal entries.
Additionally, you will be responsible for customer invoicing, bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and responding to employee inquiries regarding their compensation packages.
The ideal candidate will possess a B. Com or similar qualification with 2-3 years' experience in public accounting. Proficiency in US GAAP and experience with QuickBooks is required.
