Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UK Admissions Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves guiding students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships for top Russell Group universities.

About the Role

This dynamic position requires a strong background in student counselling for the UK, in-depth knowledge of Russell Group universities, and excellent multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in student counselling, a deep understanding of the UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Guide students with accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
