Job Description:
A skilled Retail Lead is sought after to assume a pivotal role in managing and directing cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end SAP FI implementations, ensuring seamless project execution while meeting Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities:
This high-impact position entails the following key responsibilities:
  • Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing of SAP FI.
  • Continuously reviewing SAP modules to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leading maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity.
  • Maintaining all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards.
  • Training team and end-users.
  • Planning effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
To excel in this challenging role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Total 14+ years of experience with min 10 years of SAP experience.
  • Min 8 years of SAP FI implementation + support experience.
  • Hands on SAP configuration & processes of FI, REFX for 8 years.
  • Min 5 yrs of domain experience in retail /CPG/ FMCG industry.
  • Graduation with MCom, MBA CA, CFA, ICWA.
