Executive Position Overview:

This is a leadership role that oversees the execution of retail strategies in Bengaluru. The primary goal is to drive sales growth through effective distribution and merchandising at retail stores.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Sell company programs and promotions, secure authorized distribution of products, analyze entire operation of territory accounts
  • Develop RTM strategy and follow up, engage distributors and teams
  • Maintain effectiveness of promotions & programs at both retail and wholesale levels
  • People Management: Collaborate with Retail Representatives on performance tracking, merchandising, display, and shelf rotation
  • Build business relationships with Customer Leaders and sales associates
Requirements for Success:

For this executive position, you should possess a professional degree in Business, Administration or equivalent. A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales representation, working with multi-functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries, is required. Additionally, you should have people management experience and expertise in Retail Technology skills including V6 and Tablets, AC Nielsen Data, and POS data.
